Maximum number of guests allowed at the cabin is four. No exceptions.
This property is not child-friendly for young children.  

All amounts once paid are nonrefundable in the event we are unable to obtain a replacement rental. Any replacement rentals that we are able to obtain will be credited to your rental agreement and will be refunded those amounts.
