Nancy and Gregory Hook had more than your average dream. They had been working in South Florida, routinely traveling to Wisconsin to visit family. Newly wed themselves as they rode their motorcycle to a friend's wedding in Tazewell, Virginia, they both instantly fell in love with the area and started serious inquiries about real estate. That's when they found the Woodberry Inn and Restaurant nestled in a hollow between the Blue Ridge Parkway and the quaint little burg of Meadows of Dan. Just shy of  four years as owners and proprietors, the Hooks' enthusiasm is just as forceful as day one and their plans for the future development of Woodberry Inn, limitless. Nancy says, "Beyond exuberance, there is a kindness to the Woodberry Inn, a sweetness that resonates in the warm welcome you will receive and the special care you will be given.
